Team Lotus 99T Honda was developed to compete in the 1987 F1 season and featured a computer-controlled Active Suspension system and a powerful Honda V6 turbo engine which was said to have an output of over 1,000hp. With Ayrton Senna and the first Japanese F1 driver, Satoru Nakajima, at the helm, the 99T Honda took wins at the Monaco and Detroit GPs during the season. This 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit faithfully reproduces the memorable Lotus 99T Honda. The simple, ground-hugging body is made with polycarbonate and the included stickers depict the No.11 car driven by Nakajima. The direct drive 2WD F103 chassis is equipped with high-grip sponge tires and features sharp handling characteristics.
